1C developed in response to the immense offcuts commonly generated in the leather industry resulting from high quality standards. Instead of cutting up the hide, the lounge chair embraces the natural marks and blemishes visible on the material.

The frame, specifically designed to accommodate the average size of leather, draws its shape from devices found in cattle farming. Tensioned with ratchets, the leather wraps around the frame and enables easy disassembly and readjustment over time. With this feature, the leather can be removed for cleaning and repairs with the aim of using the material for as long as possible.
