The Swiss company FREITAG is known for its recycling and second-life philosophy. As all FREITAG bags are one of a kind and tarp pieces are carefully chosen, long strips still remain during the cutting process. The project ScrapBag was inspired by the leftover materials from FREITAG‘s bag production. Different color scraps merge into a new fabric to start their second life cycle as a bag. Color combinations are endless, making each one of these bags unique.
